You have 7 calendar days from the date you received your item to apply for a return. Unfortunately, if 7 days have passed since your delivery, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

3. How to Start a Return

4. Return Shipping Cost & Address
Because we are an international shop based in Hong Kong, please carefully review our shipping policy for returns:

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Tracking: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
